Attatched are pics from this mornings gym I trained at and Brighton Pier in the sun! 

I have fought a cold and bouncing back for a week off in Brighton/London. Rode a bike, hit the gym on the beach and trained Legs,Back and Bi’s, cardio looking at the sea and rode a huge hill home!  Squats, alternate db lunges, seated leg curl, neutral grip chins, wide grip pulldowns and alternate seated db curl.  Really enjoying training and very excited as I have paid for my new 2 pc bikini ready for next years Elite Championships with the UFE.

Looking forward to hearing about clients and their successes next week! x

Trained legs hard today, real good session.  Same as last time, squats, kettlebell walking lunges, lying leg curls, single leg curls, seated calves and fitball crunches and hanging knee raises!  Reall good session, blown me a bit, not sure why, think I have a cold hanging round from Canada still.  Still, it was good and legs are feeling it already.  Sam jumped in the session with me so it was a lot of fun. 

Busy week ahead, clients to get ready for Christmas so all go.  Food planned and stocked up, ready to go!

I have had a good week, trained upper body hard today.  I had to re arrange my planned day due to staff sickness.  There are some things you can control and some things you can’t.  Luckily I had food prepped and ready to go, so I was able to train hard and still get round to doing what I needed to do and work the cover shift.  I am hungry though and had a bit more protein and fat (stabilise those hormones) , yep, as I am writing this I am starving.  Better go have that shake, oats and mct oil and get going!  Got an evening of clients to do.  Just seen the pics on the UFE site from the nationals.  The girls looked amazing and the whole show, I can’t wait to compete again next year!  FOCUSSED…

All good, work and clients are keeping me busy from my blog and the fact that lap top on the blink at home! Lets was good yesterday, squats, deep, walking lunges and curls and calves and abs.  Feel good, although legs felt it today on the stairclimber!!  Next 2 days cardio and teaching PUMP then Upper body on Thursday, really looking forward to that.  SJ writing me a new program and I am ready to start a new cycle and make some good changes to my body for 2011!  Buzzing!! x

Busy week!! Training was great yesterday. Upper body and changed some movements. Back is sore and biceps are hanging! Chins, close grip pulldowns, incline IBS press, flyes, pressdowns and curls, shoulder presses and raises! Light cardio on my spin bike tomorrow and Legsies Sunday!

Clients doing well, Client of the week is Sonja, 16LB and 18 inches off in 7 weeks! Good going girl! X

Also thinking of you Rachel, baby due any day now and looking forward to training you in 2011! X

Upper Body Training

November 14th, 2010

Today I trained the Upper body with Helen in Newton Gym.  It was a great workout.  It was real good.  I hit the upper chest with the incline ibs press and hit 12/10/8 and then 2 sets of flyes 12 reps.  Wide grip pulldown 12/10/8 and seated row 2 x 25 reps.  Arms was the great hard lying on bench lifing db curls from the floor and fitball dumbell french press.  The idea is to boost my metabolic rate up ansd not to exhuast my body too much since the comp, no neural workouts for now!

Leg Training tomorrow…..can’t wait!
