Had a great week of training and doing real well with food, adding back in carbs and so far body is tolerating them.

Added 3\4 inch to my Arms in the last 28 day - as a natural athlete I am so happy. Good food, rest, bcaa, glutamine and mct oil. Looking forward to the next 28 days for Supersonic delts!

Yesterday trained Quads and Delt, legs feeling sore more aa day goes on and delts feel ok.

Today Arms with Lou, real good, seemed to really hit biceps more today but by end of sess I could fewel the tri’s’kicking in, see how I feel tomorrow. Lots of presses, curls, down the racks and drop sets!

Just made my first meal in the slow cooker, beef stew. Amazing! Pure goodness and lentils and beans, so delicious with some sweet potato in there.

Growimg time!

Had a great week with clients, lots of goal setting and bootcamp style workouts down the beach, just replaced my running shoes, getting the bug for outdoor cardio again, so good for the head and for me, especially as work is very busy!

286 days to go.  The date has been announced for the Elite Championships with the UFE.   I am very excited!!

  Just about to finish my 28 day ARMS program and next week hopefully onto a new program for Shoulders.  Trained the rest of the body today with front squats 12/10/8, reverse grip pulldown 12/10/8 strip for 8 , half cleans and presses 12/10/8 and incline db chest press on the fit ball.  30 mins on the arc trainer and a bike ride in the sun there and back. 

Work all planned for the week and clients work all ready to go.  Time to chill x

Great training sessions this week.  Finished it off today with a ARMS workout.  Trained with Lou and Doolan today.  Started off with 24 reps db curls and close grip floor presses for triceps.  they felt so so good and pumped and that was only the start.  Incline hammer curls with iso hold, french presses, reverse cable curls, reverse grip heaves, dips with drop sets and o/h tricep extensions and sure there was something else!  real good workout, tired but feeling good.  Week is set up now and ready to go….

Been a real busy week and I have trained hard.  Trained Arms on Thursday and had a good session and today trained Chest, fitball presses and pullovers, seated shoulder presses and the lovely leg press.  Nice workout with a little bit of Arc Trainer after for cardio.  I am really looking forward to Tuesday, I can’t wait for Arm training.  Its a heavier workout, so no doubt they will be hanging off by the end of the evening as I am teaching PUMP last thing!

Work is all planned for the week, chill and food time x

Busy PUMP class tonight and great atmosphere, real good fun teaching tonight.  Trained chest and back, shoulders and legs today.  Pressed up to the 20kg on incline db chest press, reverse grip pulldowns with a 12/10/8/ 8 strip.  Front squats 12/10/8 and half clean and presses for the shoulders and tris.  Felt good and got a great pump.  Hopefully ARMS ready for training thursday, thats the plan and can’t wait!

Back to Arms training, program B today.  SJ took me through the workout, tough, but carb in, creatine and mct oil all helping me grow!  Arms were really pumped, isometric db curl holds in different positions of the bench, same with ez bar french presses.  overhead cable extensions, lying cable curls, preacher curls, close grip push ups, load in 40 mins.  Arms feeling tired as I am typing, next training day Tuesday if all is well, thats rest of body!  Food, clients, work planned for the week, chill time then sleep and grow! x

What a week!  Gym has been really busy but good for the new year.  Lots to do and clients to see.  Its been a ‘buzzing’ few days helping clients set their goals and breaking the steps down so that they can go and achieve them!

I started my new Arms program on Tuesday and had my first teaching of PUMP class for 2011. I could hardly stretch my arms Tuesday night and all day Wednesday!  Hit the rest of the body yesterday and can feel my legs today and shoulders especially.  Triceps are hit again from the flat bech press!  Still, 2 days to recover and then ready for Arms part 2 on Sunday.  Better try and eat and rest up!!!  Big sess coming up.   Just seen the Pro card with the UFE, its all soooo exciting, just looking forward to making changes, being in my best shape and stepping onto that stage!

I am very excited about the start of this year!  I have a great new program to start tomorrow, its an arms specialist program and then alternating with the rest of the body.  Cant wait for tomorrow to start.  New PUMP class planned for tomorrow and just looking forward to my clients who I hope are ready and have their goals planned and are ready to ‘run with the ball!’

Trained Legs, back and biceps on Monday.  Hit it hard with 3 x 20 reps squats superset with 3 x 20 alternate kettlebell lunges, lying curls to finish.  3 x sets of neutral grip chins and 3 x set of close grip pulldowns and got a great pump in my back, then just 3 sets of seated alternate db sup curls, arms had a good pump and felt it was enough, so just finished off with hanging knee raises and fitball crunches.  All good.  Will hit chest, shoulders and triceps on thursday or /Friday andmaybe light cardio in between this week.  getting ready to left hard and heavy first week after Christmas, planning for the UFE show 2011…… Can’t wait x

Visited Virgin Active in Kingston today. Took part in a Body Pump class. Really enjoyed it and found it hard being on the other side! Body def still sore from Mon and Tues workout and did a good abs routine, def using that in Tues PUMP class!!

Snowing heavily here so hopefully wil make it back to work! No, of course I will be back, Clients to train, a gym to run and really looking forward to hearing how clients have been working out whilst I have been away!

Time to start thinking about goals for 2011! X
