Arms so sore!
I had a great workout yesterday. It was Arms and it was 3 x 5 reps. I started with the 12.5kg incline supination curls single arms and then chose incline ez bar french press with 10kg a side. Preacher curl machine for biceps and then overhead double arm cable extensions. It was really good, didn’t expect too much of a pump but from short reps but started to get one. Then did cable curls followed by pushdowns 2 x 12 each, next time I will just shortedn it down to 8 reps. After all, hypertrophy is what I am aiming for. Starving all day, so metabolic rate up already! Back on the BCAA’s and Creatine so really happy.
Legs with Dave tomorrow and arms very sore today!
