The end of the diet is near!!!
Today I started my diruetics as I am having professional pictures done tomorrow. I am looking forward to it and did my last cardio session yesterday. Spray tan later on for a more natural colour I have opted for than the traditional body builder tan as the pics will be outside. I am really looking forward to coming off the diet and getting back on the MCT oil for growth and energy, I really still want to work on my delts and arms and get ready for 2010.
Just planning my week now and getting myself focussed for the week ahead.
