Training doubel cardio and twice upper body this week for glycogen depletion so my upper body is 2/3 sets per body part, working on a compound and isolation movement per part. feeling ok. I think my body is holding out but is looking forward to stopping this dieting, its been a long time since the 1st June, but we are almost there, 5 days to go. Its all in the mindset!!!
