Monday 19th October
Last week was really busy with openiong of our 3rd gym. I trained hard last week and still doing double cardio. My portfolio photoshoot is next Monday, so still dieting hard! I have kept to the same workouts pre-contest, Monday was Chest and Back, Tuesday was Arms, Wednesday was rest day off weights. Thursday was Shoulders and Legs and Friday was Chest and Back. Saturday was cardio and surfing (caught every wave right into the beach!!!) Sunday was just legs. This week is upper body circuit twice a day and if I can fit in 3 cardio sessions I will give it a go.
I am trying real hard to get some still pics of the BNBF show, so if anybody has them I would be really interested in them for my site. Thankyou!
Yesterday I helped out at a water station for the Dartmoor Marathon/half marathon and 10km, Winners 2000 had a few of us getting wet handing out water to all the runners. It was really good fun and nice to be on the other side for a change!
