1 day to go…..
Very excited. Came in this morning and ran through my routine with the music and weighed myself. 8st 13lb. Lost about 1 stone! I was about this weight for my first show in New York. Starving hungry and I have started my direutics with each meal now. Thanks for all your support, my router is down so will let you know how the show went on Monday.
