Yesterday I trained Shoulders and llLegs with my client Rachel.  It was a great session and my hamstrings are sore from the plyometric lunges, db lunges and squat jumps! Shoulders feel tight, but not as painful as I wanted them to be.  Never mind!  Double cardio as usual and then today the same but I trained back and chest and lats felt good.  Blood pressure dropping a little now, but its been a long day and been up since 4.45am!  Got a profile to write up today for a site, so looking forward to that, more on that when its published!

Getting hungry…………………Weekend off weights coming up and back to ARMS on Monday!  Grrrrrrreat!

Yesterday I trained arms, the decline ez french press and the 10kg plate for bicep curls are the hardest in the routine at the moment.  Arms feel good though, tight and pumped!

Today has been double cardio and it has been hard to get heart rate up for fat burning, think its just as Ihave been tired today, body is tired.  Work is realy busy still and we are busy training up guardian and having staff development sessions, so pre-contest is not the main thing in my life, but its good, wouldn’t change it, except for a few more hours in the day, despite being really organised!

Tomorrow is Shoulders and Legs and I am really looking forward to that session.

Still not received my NPA membership card, but my cheque has been cashed, so that’s good news!  Sure it will come soon enough.

Thank goodness for running shoes………

Well I completed the 10km and enjoyed the run.   The weather was beautiful and a little breeze, not my best time of 44 mins but I completed it in 50 so won’t complain.  Thank goodness for running shoes, only my hips ache a little today, but otherwise all good.

Well done to all our members who took part, everyone seemed to com in under an hour, now thats good going!

Trained Back and Chest with cardio this this morning and got a good pump in my lats, so that made me happy.

Just still waiting for my NPA membership to come through, postal strike last week and still waiting….

Trained Arms on Thursday and Shoulders and Legs on Friday, had 2 great sessions and felt like I had worked very hard.  Rest day Sat and Sunday with cardio early morning Saturday and a surfing session, , think my traps are still sore from Friday!!!

Tonight is the 10km, there are about 10 of us running, coaches and clients/members.  The sun is is just starting to come out, so should be a nice evening for a run!

3 weeks to the NPA heat and 6 weeks to the BNBF finals!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Will let you know how we did tomorrow!

We are sponsoring the Torbay 10 km event again this year.  Quite a few of us staff are running it with our members and clients.   Just been and bought a fab pair of running shoes (been promising myself for a while) from the Runners Guide www.runnersguide.co.uk.  Adam was really helpful and they feel amazing, just what I need for a fat burning session.  This Sunday, 7pm start!

Had my birthday yesterday, what’s a birthday with no cake?  Shame, never mind, nice presents and nice food will have to wait now!!!!!!!!!!!

Trained Shoulders and Legs on Monday and shouders still aching today so real happy about that and yesterday trained Back and Chest and Back is sore today.  Double cardio today and day off weights, but back on it tomorrow with ARMS……..

Bekah, have a lovely weekend as a bridesmaid.  Looking even better as one for 2009, you have worked really hard to get a great body and youhave the flattest stomach I have seenin a while!  Good work girl!

Getting hungry, off home for shake and peanut butter, yummy!……………

Had a crazy workout on Friday.  Luke took me through ARMS.  they were really PUMPED it was amazing.  There were lots of supersets and decline bench work and plate dumbell curls, my head was literally spinning.  Will talk you through workout when I do it again in the week, but it was definately shocking my arms into growth! 

Should have my pics on the website in a couple of days, my web designer has just been jpegging them for me. 

Taken the weekend off weights and went surfing yesterday and double cardio today, so not much rest, but at least it was some.  Active recovery we will call surfing!  Had a cheat meal yesterday which was amazing and that seemed to have picked up my metabolism even higher today!  Getting leaner, feeling good and now tired! 

I hope you have all planned your week ahead and put the ‘big rocks’ first and then let the rest follow.

Very excited, 4 weeks to the NPA qualifier and 7 weeks to the finals of the BNBF.

Hungry……………

Starting to get hungry and getting leaner already.  Got a new A,B,C split and went into it on Tuesday, it was changed from Shoulders and Chest to Shoulders and Legs and nearly killed me.  I was a bit blown after it witht he 45 mins of cardio on top.  Some are new movements designed to shock my cardio into burning calories and it is working. 

Yesterday was off weights but double cardio and today double cardio as normal but SJ took me through Chest and Back.  Tomorrow is Arms and that is my new A,B C routine with double cardio tomorrow, rest day Saturday (mmmmmmm, we’ll see) and cardio Sunday and maybe weights if I feel ready!#

Jemma has trained hard this week, she is getting married early next year but as its a long time to focus on, we have made shorter term goals and she is climbing up Mt Snowden in 8 weeks, so the focus on her fitness and nutrtion is on that.  Weather permitting we can climb up muscle hill next week and use that as a marker!  Look forward to it!

Tammy has decided today is the day for her to start with her diet!  Hurrah!!!  I am really pleased for you, it has taken a while but it does have to come from you, I can give you all the help and advice in the world, but you have to WANT  and MAKE the change.  I am feeling really good about this time and I think so are you……….

45 mins double cardio every day so far and everything is fine, despite cutting out my goat yoghurt and blueberries fro breakfast, it seems such a lot to eat for breakfast my 6 eggs. thank goodness I have a lovely mug of fresh coffee to get me through it!

Yesterday I trained ARMS on their own and go a nice pump.  I started with Triceps pressdowns and single arm rope extensions and then dips and then for Biceps I started with lying overhead cable curls, single arm db preacher curls and then cable curls.  I must train BICEPS first next time as this is now becoming a priority for me.  This afternoon is Shoulders and Chest.  My abs were sore from sunday from doing cable crunches and superset with fitball crunches, but abs must be added tomorrow and so must calves.  So much to do and remember!  But feeling good, so can’t complain.
