Wednesday 6th Feb

Great numbers again in my PUMP class on Monday night.  The little cardio routine we do on the ‘the step’ is going great, it’s a lot of fun and they are enjoying it!

Training was hard today, it was shoulders, chest and arms.  I only completed shoulders and arms as had ‘run out of gas’ for chest.  But the main body parts were completed at least.  My back (even today is still a little sore from Saturday’s workout).  The disappointing news was that I have lost half a pound (fat).  So got to work on my calorie intake this week, can’t afford to drop!

I researched at the weekend and found Nicole Pitcher-Scott dvd (resident UK IFBB Pro).  She has just made a dvd following her 12 week run up to last years Olympia.  will watch that tonight.

Legs tomorrow, looking forward to training them as missed them last week.
