Sunday 3rd February - Recap

My weeks training has gone very well and my weight has gone up.  I am sore from last nights training session - shoulders, back and chest and arms are sore too.

My posing session went well this morning.  My front open hand double biceps, side chest,  abs and thigh and side tricep pose are coming along and weren’t as awkward as last week.

I researched all the federations finals this week on dvd.  Now I need to see what suits I will need and then  order them from the states and make the decision whether I stone them myself or have them stoned there.   Decision to be made this week and hopefully a decision with the federations I am going to compete in.

I am waiting to hear from Simon if my training split is going to stay the same for this week.  Changes to my diet is that I am going to try and increase my MCT oil to 2 tablespoons a day and to also start taking some extra calories in with help of UDOS OIL.

Had a very good week training lots of clients.  Looking forward to my PUMP class tomorrow evening and weigh day on Tuesday!
