New Dvd - Inspiration
After today’s great workout I took home a dvd I had ordered for the gym. Monica Brant’s ’secret of beauty’. Just what I needed to watch with my post workout meal. It was made in 2001 before ‘Figure’ was introduced and she is a fitness competitor in this dvd (she moved onto Figure after) and is a great role model, she works extremely hard and is very organised with her work and workouts. In the dvd she is involved in fitness photo shoots, some good workout scenes and posing practice in Golds Gym, Venice Beach (that is on my wish list to visit). It was very inspiring and will be great motivation. Her physique is great and she has fantastic abs. I think the ladies will like it in the gym.
