Shoulder, back and arms - what a workout, felt sick and thought I was going to pass out. Great workout! Simon coached me today, we started on dumbell shoulder presses, working up to the 15kg and standing dumbell lateral raises. He noticed that I was rotating my shouders out too much on the raise, and boy did I feel the difference! We did ez bar upright rows and dumbell shruggs, oh my goodness that was hard. Back was bent over rows (which I love) reverse grip and then we also did them with neutral grip, just in case I hadn’t targeted or tired my back out! Back upstairs for close reverse grip pulldowns and dumbell pullovers. My lats were virtually popping out. Arms next! Cable curls and pressdowns for warm up, arms had had it by then! Seated dumbell supination curls and then I nearly passed out! Triceps were as I mentioned work set for press downs, straight into overhead cable extensions, straight into close grip push ups (twice through) and then upstairs again for reverse curls and assisted dips. What a workout! 45 mins of intense blood pumping exercise. I finished off with incline crunches and the planks.
