Glutes and hams sore this morning (well yesterday afternoon they came on), went into
Bath and had a treatment at the New Cross Bath Spa in the town. The spa is in an original outside building with the natural therapeutic
Bath thermal spa waters. It was fantastic and empty, a real treat. The Romans knew how to relax!
