New York - Day 57 (23/10)

Good workout this morning, supersetted bi’s and tri’s.  French press with EZ preacher curls, bench dips (weighted) with incline  db supination curls, loved military press and raises together, shoulders coming out!  Reverse barbell shrugs and squats, stiff legged deadlifts and leg extensions and incline db flyes with reverse grip pulldowns and reverse grip bent over rows!  Phew, what a workout.  Threw up in the middle of it, now that’s hard core training or I HAVE A BUG!
