New York - Day 47 (13/10)
What a fantastic leg training session today. Leg extensions, lying leg curls and split jump lunges as a tri-set. Alternate dumbbell lunges and one leg squat (foot resting up on bench), squats. Legs so shaky and could feel my glutes working today instead of the usual quads! For triceps we did ez bar – pull and presses, overhead tricep cable extension and seated hammer curls. Did 30 mins on the stair climber followed by a leg massage with Morgan our new sports therapist. Great morning! Now what a great workout seeing as I felt so rough yesterday with colonic and cleanse.
