Cardio, calves and abs this morning. Sorted out my work for the week ahead and planned nutrition, shopping and eating times already for the week ahead. Going for a sleep now. No changes for the week ahead, keeping everything exactly the same. Little bit disappointed as was hoping to cut carbs out in my last meal, but my body is looking tighter and I must not learn to rock the boat! Looking forward to weigh tomorrow. Left glute is sore and I feel a little tired from workout yesterday, and I am starting to feel hungry! Time for branch chains and glutamine and then eat again in 2 hours, can’t wait for my porridge now!
Wow! What a leg session, early morning training as going to support a body building show in Plymouth this evening. Narrow leg presses, starting at 25 reps @40kg either side and down to 10 reps at 100kg either side, squats, strict and deep, 2 sets at 10 reps 30kg a side. Leg extensions and curls, legs shaky as anything, showered and went to the Well Being Centre downstairs for a reflexology treatment, much more successful than last time, just my lower bag seemed to be sore and tight (which it was) and pituitary gland etc all fine. Grabbed my lunch already prepared and headed to the beach. Chilled and swam all afternoon, couldn’t really relax, lots of swimming, so no going back to the gym for cardio today.Went to

Trained hard this morning, had a really strong back, chest and shoulder session, feel like I am missing the creatine and the no2, like the pump it gives me, but not doing bad at all training wise. We supersetted today with chest and back.Still doing my 45 mins of cardio this week in the mornings before breakfast.

Weighed myself this morning and lost 3 lb, Simon thinks it’s too much too fast and has decided to up my protein to 150g (great news as least at look decent size on my plate now!) didn’t want to up my carbs too much in case candida rockets again and I am to add extra egg with yolk to my omelette or shake. Finding it all very exciting. Decided not to do any cardio Monday or Tuesday. Started Branch chains this week (BCAA) and Glutamine, 10 tabs and 5 mg Glutamine, in between meals, (5.30am, 10am, 2pm, 6pm).
Legs tired and sore today, but think my run with client this morning has sped them up. Took client for run to football pitch and did sprints, bleachers and doggies, legs felt great! Practised my poses today, front lat spread is good and lat spread to back needs more work, the side poses are hard, my right side is weaker than my left. Legs look thicker and not so much like sticks today, but arms looked thinner today. Spent hour in the gym in my ‘posing shoes’ today whilst I coached a client, seeing as I spend most of my time at the gym, better start practising in them on the tiled floor. Hour was long enough, instep started to ache!

LEGS!Squat to step, 2 sets and 20 reps, overhead barbell squat 20kg for 2 sets x 15 reps, narrow leg press, narrow hack squat and lying leg curl, where I tried to go really heavy to improve my hamstrings more, up to 45 kg, calves and abs, legs felt real tired, hope they are going to be sore tomorrow!
