New York - Day 33 (29/9)
Have done my car park sprints this week and spent time on the stairclimber and treadmill uphill walking only, today is my 5th session and we have trained back, shoulders and triceps, I was so strong on the standing military press, Olympic bar with 7.5kg either side12 strong reps! Heavy lat raises with 10kg and strong barbell curls, 0lympic bar with 5kg a side, looked big before I started, must have been the steak and fries last night! HUGE!!! 6 weeks to go!
