New York - Day 29 (24/9)

Narrow leg press, front squats and deadlifts with seated incline supination curls, good workout, got a pump and legs looked big! Thank goodness!!! Weighed myself this morning, its 9.06lb and 20.4% B.f, little bit disappointed, think that last week weighing myself after the busy weekend with Helens show and food not being spot on with the times and the travel, i was dehydrated and once when back in the game, it has gone up.  Still I look in really good shape and am looking big, that all that matters for the moment.
