How sore am I today! What a feeling, back , chest and bi’s! Great feeling, I am going to grow!!! Am adding in avocado to my diet and butter with my omelette, as I can’t tolerate too many carbs, just enough to keep the calories in. Have given a diet plan to one of my clients as she is going to compete in our Winners 2000

Will keep you posted with her progress, she has just decided to do it and has 5 weeks to lean down.
Her starting weight in 9 st 6lb and her name is Rachel.
Off for porridge and omelette, starving.
Added a 6
th cardio session in today, did stairclimber, sprints in car park and incline treadmill, heavy weighted abs and calves.
Had steak, sweet potato and salad for dinner – what a nice cheat meal! Delicious!!!
