New York - Day 26 (21/9)

3 big heavy movements and 3 supplementary movements.  Weighted neutral chins, close grip bench press, standing military press, barbell curls, dumbbell lateral raises and incline db flyes.  What a workout, only 7 weeks to go till

New York, body is holding up well and I am looking in shape.  Had nice sleep in the afternoon and it was real sunny, so did my work in the garden, ate lunch and read my book that SJ gave me.  Illusions by Richard Bach.  Real good day!
