New York - Day 22 (17/9)

Weighed myself and I am 8st 12.2lb and 19.4% BF , very excited about this.  Still a few weeks to go and I need to take it steady.  My knee has been playing up and my back is a bit sore, we have decided to have a week off training, I am still doing 5 x 45 mins cardio this week. 

Done lots of stairclimber, car park sprints and incline treadmill work this week for my ass!  Looking forward to training on Saturday.
