New York - Day 6 (1/9)

10 WEEKS TODAY!!!Opened e-mail and saw the first stage shell of my website by Brian.  Really pleased, it looks great!  Strong image and set up, just what I want.Great training session, real hard!  LEGS!Squat to step, 2 sets and 20 reps, overhead barbell squat 20kg for 2 sets x 15 reps, narrow leg press, narrow hack squat and lying leg curl, where I tried to go really heavy to improve my hamstrings more, up to 45 kg, calves and abs, legs felt real tired, hope they are going to be sore tomorrow!
