New York - Day 5 (31/8)

30 mins stairclimber level 15 on aerobic and then 15 min bike on sport training level10.  Real tired today, combination of long week and early starts and late nights and food i suppose.  Bit disappointed as thought I could handle this better.  Had colonic treatment in afternoon and felt much better, took client out for a run and did step sprints and hill sprints.
