For years Fitness coaches have been encouraging people to do more resistance exercise. If you are interested in improving your body shape and reducing your body fat percentage, then come to PUMP.
My PUMP combines everything you want in one class. It incorporates a resistance workout with weights and dumbbells and an element of cardio with basic step. The result is an all round perfect workout in one hour.
Don’t worry about what ability you are; the class is designed and aimed at all levels of strength and fitness. It’s about what you try to do and the improvements you make along the way. The session is perfect for anyone who wants to get in shape and the session proves that.
PUMP is on Mondays and Fridays in The Studio at Winners 2000, Torquay at 6pm.
The classes are on a first come first served basis, so please arrive early as you also need to set up your station. You can pay per session and class passes are available at a reduced rate. There is also a system where at the end of the class you can pre-book for the following week.
